Quickroll TM

The QuicKroll is perhaps the most versatile product to spring
from the R&D department at Wagner Industries. Initially designed as a
way a plant could “recover” a feedroll without removing the shaft from

the machine, the Quickroll found itself useful in many parts of the
box plant.

The Quickroll is a grooved urethane feed roll made in 2 ⁄2 and 4 inch

widths. The material is bonded to spring steel. It is custom cast to your
OD and ID requirements. There is an opening on one side allowing the
spring steel core and high memory urethane to open and fit around a
shaft. Once on the shaft, two cap screws are tightened and securely hold

the Quickroll in place. Once installed these rolls run concentric.

The Quickroll can be rotated to keep OEM diameter at center of feed
TM
sections. Made of extremely durable but soft Duoflex material, the
TM
Quickroll is ideal for scoring shafts at the end of a rotary die cutter
or on a slitter that will not be scoring, or in its original application as a
feed roll.

When the Quickroll is worn, you can replace it without pulling the
shaft and have it recovered for half the cost! You can save time, save
money, and solve a feed/pull problem with a unique product.
