Lead Edge Feed Wheels

Wagner Industries, Inc. offers lead edge feed wheels for Sun,
Prime and Staley feeders. We developed our lead edge feed wheels
with the highest abrasion-resistant material available for this applica-
tion. Our lead edge feed wheels are machined to OEM specs.

For the Sun Feeder, in addition to solid wheels, we pioneered a split
design that allows for the efficient replacement of wheels without
removing the grating and shafts. This allows individual wheels to be
replaced in just moments and without any adhesive. This system has
been utilized throughout the country and continues to prove its
great value.

For the prime feed system, we developed the “no adhesive required”
design. Our exclusive design has never been reported to open on its
own.

Another feed wheel innovation at Wagner has been the addition of
embossing the feed wheel circumference. This exclusive feature has
increased the effectiveness and extended the life of our wheels.

For the Staley Rotofeed system, we offer the only recyclable core. Wag-
ner Industries, Inc. cores can be recovered countless times. Our thread-
ed inserts are cast deep inside the core. We also market the steel straps
to hold the feed wheels in place.
